Your 2-Hour Kumbalangi Night Backwater Experience
- 00:00 - Arrival at Kumbalangi: meet the local guide, short introduction to the backwaters, safety briefing, life jackets and equipment provided
- 00:15 - Enter the night backwaters: slowly cruise or paddle away from the village through quiet canals and traditional fishing areas
- 00:40 - Bioluminescence search: stop in suitable darker sections of the backwaters and look for natural blue-green flashes when the water is disturbed
- 01:10 - Kumbalangi fishing village by night: continue through traditional fishing waterways, observe local boats and village life, short photo stop where conditions permit
- 01:30 - Mangroves & final water exploration: explore a quieter section of the backwaters and look for additional areas showing natural bioluminescence
- 01:50 - Return journey through the village waterways, equipment returned
- 02:00 - Tour ends
